I can teach you the basics of sound and technique of the instrument, as well as the fundaments of music theory, in order to have an effective and enjoyable approach right from the first lesson. If you are already an intermediate or advanced player, I can share with you my knowledge about the art of improvising, with many exercises from the easiest to the most complex. Also, we can work on composition, you compose your own pieces and bring your music to the next level. My name is Giovanni and I am a professional jazz saxophonist and flutist with years of experience in genres such as as jazz, pop, funk and latin. I got my master degree studying in the Conservatorium van Amsterdam and Temple University in Philadelphia, earlier I graduated bachelor in jazz at the University of Arts in Graz. Depending on your interests, we can focus on learning tunes (Latin, Pop, Jazz, Rock or Funk!) sound, technique, tools for improvising or composing, harmony, rhythmical exercises and ear training.
